Half of a cv axle stuck

Default Half of a cv axle stuck

went to pull cv axles out due to the boots being busted on them when i did the passenger one came out at the join and the rest is in tranny stuck. any ideas on how to remove it?

I usually just use a pry bar and keep prying till the thing pops out.. I dont think there is really a good way of doing it other then that..

this really is the best way to do it. i try to find a nice broad flat headed screw driver and get it between the cv and the trans and just keep pryin on it. it will eventually pop out of there

sounds like the same thing i was thinking just wanted to check if any one had any better ideas thanks.

ok been tring to get it out that away for about 2 hours im done getting to the point where i want to just part out the ******* car.any ideas on what might be holding it in?
