I bought a set of halo/projector beam headlights for my 95' Eclipse. My question is, do i hook up the halo light wires to the low beams or to a switch?

 

I would hook them up to the running lights and hook in a ground side switch, if it were me so that they come on with your runing lights and then when to want them off just flip the switch andthere off

 

hook them up to your running lights. BUT before you go cuttin into wires... there are 2 wires that you wil have to test... one is just for running lights and one is a secondary wire for your blinker, use a test light to make sure you splice into the right wire.
