Ive heard that the bushings kits actually help alot. I think RCJ had them in his GS

It helps a lot. It doesn't take all of the play out of the shifter, but it is a definite improvement, especially with a short shifter. Use it in conjunction with the underhood bushings (the metal bearing ones) and you'll be all set. I have both, and the shift pattern is tighter and i haven't ground my gears since i installed them.

Oh yes, they are beautiful. Get them especially if you have a short shifter

I have them, well not those exact ones, and the underhood kit with a short throw all waiting to be installed. Cant wait for spring...

I asked this same question awhile back dorian7 https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_181999/tm.htm , however I didn't get all these confident answers, lol. I'm now reconsidering purchasing it, cause I just installed the B&M short shifter not too long ago.
