i need to know will headlights from a 95 eagle talon fit on a 96 eclipse without any motification?

yes, no problem, its just the 97-99 you gotta stay away from unless you want to do a 2g-b conversion on your 2g-a

i found some really cheapheadlights off a 95eagle talon but wasn't sure if i should get them. and just to be 100% sure thes will fit with the stock eclipse bumper i'm not doing a conversion?

yeah they'll fit, just remember that from 97 and on they wont fit, they're longer in shape.
