Question Help? Car stutters/jerks while acceleration

Hi guys. I've been experiencing this problem for quite a few months now. As I'm accelerating whether it be to keep at the same speed, accelerating from a stop or to get up a hill, randomly it will jerk really rough. It usually only does it when the car is warm. I do have a CEL come up about 30-45 seconds after starting the car. It's code P0112 Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Low Input. I have actually replaced that sensor 4 times, even redone the wiring and the code still comes up. About a year ago I had to replace every sensor on the car to get it back running right. This includes: TPS, cam sensor, crank sensor, intake air temp sensor, coolant temp sensor, both oxygen sensors. It drove okay for about 4 months now it's back to its old ways. The only thing I haven't replaced is the knock sensor. Could this be it?
Also my car has the 2.0 DOHC non turbo and it's an automatic.
