Top take the hood off and pull it out the top. It'll likely be easier unless you have a pit or a lift to play with.

Oh and 'grats on finding the engine. Are you replacing the trans as well or keeping your trans? (Careful with the junkyard trans. There IS a reson the car is in the yard. ANYTHING I pull parts from a junk car like a trans I try to find one I KNOW was brought in due to a rear end collision or side impact so I at least KNOW it was on the road when it was towed away.).

Thanks man, yea i think top sounds good. I dont have a lift nore a pit. Just my garage and a couple jacks haha.
I think im just gonna swap everything, just dump it in. Ill probley take it apart and make sure the clutch is good first though.
The whole set up came from a good running car, the guy that owns the body shop where i got the motor was friends with the original owner on the motor. I guess he went off the road and totaled.

That's cool then. That's the type of thing to look for. find one totaled cuz the body got thrashed. Yeah without a lift out the top is DEFINATELY the way to go. And definately take off as much stuff fromt he old engine before plopping the new in (The less on the engine = less weight and less to break). I pulled an engine and trans out of a '96 Ford Countour in about 4 hours BUT that was dorkin around for part of it as well as just ripping things apart to get it out. (I pulled it in a junk yard lol needed it for a friends car).
