I have a 95 eclipse gst and I'm just wanting some ideas on what to do to fix it up performance wise. I dont know to much about that kind of stuff so if you could help me out that would be greatly appreciated. It's completely stock right now but I'm looking to put like 2 or 3 grand into so if you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks!

 

Swap in a 6 bolt 4g63 block, I believe Magnus motor sports actually has a step by step process on how to do this and you could always type in "6 bolt in a 2g" on Google, there's dozens of do it yourself how to guides for this.

 

Hey here me out when I say this. If your a ricer or if your doing this to get the women. Dont do it. This is a rich mans game. I will tell you this if you are serious your going to have to get almost obsessed with your car. Im not joking ask any real racer and youll find out why want is a sin in the bible. Sorry for sounding nutz but I am serious.

 

If you got a 4g63 you can build your car to 400 hp without upgrading internels. If you got a 420a like me your going to have to put forged pistons, upgraded crank, rods, berings, camshaft, high volume oil pump, high volume water pump,fuel pump, good cometic triple layer head gasket. then you can put mods on your car.

 

I've seen plenty of stockish 420a motors with turbo's... might wanna do a bit more research or just go ahead and upgrade to a 4g63 eclipse, and there's no reason to bash another member for wanting information on what to do to his car, many people that come to this forum are in need of help and idea's about what to do and how to go about it, please respect the other members of the forum.
