Buy a shop manual for your car. It will tell you how to do damn near everything on your car.

haynes manual is worth the $20.00, you'll use it all the time.

I prefer the chiltons manuals. I have found they have a lot more information in them, and theyre more specific.

come on guys its not rocket science to do it you dont need to buy the manual for it. If your only changing the pads then its really easy. Take off the tire, then there is just one bolt on the caliper that needs to come off. Not sure what end its on, you'll have to look to figure it out. Its a long bolt that goes straight from one side of the caliper to the other. Once this is off the middle part of the caliper will just rotate up thus exposing the pads. The pads are only popped into place so you just need to pop them out. Put in the new pads and your good to go.

isn't it the haynes manual that is for the eclipse from like 98-02 or something like that? any manual that groups the 2G and 3G together is not a very good manual.

but have no fear, we(3G) have the complete Factory Service Manual available online for download.
