how much boost to run?

no you could probably go higher with a good tune. I would think around 24psi.

alright so no twin turbo. i dont understand why it would be pointless . so what internals would i need to get to support more boost like 30+psi

well first off it would be pretty damn hard because i dont think that anyone makes the manifold you would need. Also you can make way more hp with a gt35r or something like that, other than two smaller twins. Im pretty sure it would be impossible anyway. But if you notice, all the cars that come stock twin turbo (supra, rx-7, 300zx, ect.) they all convert to single turbo because it is much more efficient. And if you plan on running 30psi you better plan on a good size turbo to back it up.

buschur stage 3 short block will handle 30+ psi of boost.
