Default I am getting a T66

I am getting a T66 turbo and 660cc injectors and I want to know if I should rebuild the engine before I crank up the boost. My GSX only has 30,000 miles on it and I got it from an old lady who babied it so the internals should still be in good condition. My goal is to run mid 11's

Is it a 2G? I think the 2Gs can put out in the 400hp+ range to the wheels without "needing" a build up. If you have the time and money I say do it any way and shoot for better than 11s. only thing that would worry me if its a 7bolt is the good ol crankwalk.

T66 big for the DSMs? not sure im still a DSM noob myself

you dont need to do any rebuilding to run 11's, just dont do anythin stupid. What you going to tune 660's with, an safc?? make sure you get al supporting mods first too, 3" turboback, front mount etc. You need it for 11's.

One thing though, running high enough boost to hit 11's you may blow a stock head gasket. If you do, just get a copper one and dont be surprised if/when it happens.
