first off let me say, hey everyone. Now for the questions. I am getting a 94 eclipse tommorrow, and the guy told me that it has no powersteering, he said it dosnt have it because this year model came off the assembly line without it, is this true? i drove the car and it seamed to be fine with me. But i have driven a lifted truck all my life so it might just be alot easer to steer than my truck? I am just pretty much asking does it have powersteering or not? and one more question, is this car a good project car for a college student? thanks for all the imput and have a great day!

 

they should have power steering. i had a 90 eclipse with P/S and now a 93 with P/S. and what kind of things do you want to do with the car. build a rice mobile? or fix it up to drive? or a sleeper? or anything you that you might want to do with it.

 

well, it already has some custom work done to it, it has the door handles shaved, and lambo doors, nice system, spoiler...... i am just going to keep it the way it is, but make the engine run better with cold air intake, and maybe a turbo eventually. i will not make it into a rice burner. just something to drive and race occassionally. thanks for the imput
