Default IDLE problem, help

Hey guys, once in a while (usually the first time i crank up the engine that day) it will start up fine but will idle around 300 and just die on me. It also does it once in a while after i've just gunned it down a straight away and stop right away... now it has never stalled but probably only because i give it some gas before it has a chance. the only thing i have done to the car is an AEM CAI, and exhaust (very free flowing though).

Change your fuel filter as well as run some injector cleaner through the car as well.

Yeah let us know and if the problem persists we'll see if we can narrow it down... I'm thinking it might also be a pump related issue if it's not the filter...
