Well i got it the notorious Idle surge issue. First I replaced the egr it needed a new one anyways. Didnt fix the issue. So i cleaned the TB noticed that the gasket between the TB and the 45% solid elbow was leaking in boost so i figured it is prob pulling vac when im not in boost causing the maf to send a signal that it is not getting the air it needs so i bought a new gasket right from mitsu but guess what it is still leaking. other than putting some rtv on it i am clueless as to why it would do this nothing looks warped anyone else ever had this issue and if so how did you fix it?
Also i got a isc on the way only $200 might as well replace it.

 

when you changed the gasket on there, did you make sure there were no small particals of gasket left behind when you put the new one on there? that could have made a bad seal

 

There was none it is a metal gasket not fiber,
