will the injectors from an evo 9 fit on my 99 gs-t?with no problems or modifications?

with smaller injectors up to about 660cc, you'll be fine with an saf-c, but anything bigger and you'll need dsmlink

With the mods you list in your SIGi would hope you were already planning on an safc. And yes the EVO injectors will work fine
