Default insane idle/ start up

I go cleaned my throttle body, go to start up my car, and it idles at first at like 4000 or 5000 rpms. After this is does this crazy thing were it drops to 1.5 revs to 2.5 shuts back to 1.5 and revs back up to 2.5 its insane. what do i do? i tried reseting my computer. That didn't help. Neother ideas? I checked my sensors and they seemed to be ok.

Why do people insist on listing the same thing ni two areas, something needs to be done about this!

That's what the mods are here for. But I'm more worried abuot the for sale/wanted problem. The fact that he posts in here and the tech area I don't mind cuz I don't always hit the tech area but I do always hit the Eclipse section.

well i don't see a need to be in both cuz then people that do look at both don't want to be answering the same question again and the people that don't look at both could be saying the same thing that someone just said in the other area. See the problem

But at the same time they could be saying opposite things and either or could be right.... See the other problem?
