OK so now I was wondering if anyone could tell/show me where I am supposed to connect the boost hose too, it says manifold pressure. I got the wires routed under the battery in the firewall.

Do you see the black tube that is coming out of the left side of that solenoid? That's the fpr. At the end of the black tube is a white T, going down and through the steering wheel boot is the vacuum line that goes to the boost gauge. The other hose (the red one) goes back into the intake manifold.
Here's the rest of that pick.

Ok I got the Tru-boost gauge, I am not going to install the selinoid untill I get the UICP and 1G bov installed. The gauge is reading that I am running about upper 12's to 13psi. Everything is stock except intake and exhaust. Is this right?

RE: Installing boost gauge/controller
huh I was told stock pressure was like 9-10... Oh well. So after I get teh UICP and the BOV I am thinking that I am going to run about 16psi, is this a pretty safe pressure for the stock turbo?

RE: Installing boost gauge/controller
1G cars have a stock boost pressure of 8-12 psi. 2G cars have 10-15 psi. The service manual allows lower pressures, but those are rarely seen in actual vehicles.
Stick with 15psi too.

Ok so now we are on to the good stuff, here are some settings that I am not familiar with and if someone could explain them along with suggest a good setting that would be sweet!
It says spring pressure (SPr-2.00) waste gate pressure. Boost selonoid will open from 1psi untill boost level exceeds the selected value. This valve can be adjusted to reduce lead in boost spikes or rudce spool time.?
Boost setting a: (AXX-A10) Set the output duty cycle (10%-90%), the duty cycle is displayed as "AXX" ?

Lol, good luck with that. I know you already have it, but man, this is why you stick with the traditional MBC. If you did, you would have had this already licked and you'd be boostin' down the road, lol.
Sorry bro, I love gadgets, but more so than none, simple is good.
Here's what I would do. AEM has a forum that shows you how to set this stuff up and what this that and the other means, you should check it out bud and good luck with setting that up. I wouldn't imagine it to be difficult. Take a bottle of water and aspirin with you to help you get that thing setup
