on an old eclipse website i used to visit, they would star out "club3G.com" b/c they viewed the other eclipse site as a rival. now tell me that ain't ghey.

and thats exactly why i don't visit that site anymore. also, if you would have mentioned club3g, or hot linked a topic from club3g.com, you would get a warning, then you would get banned.

it is ghey but look at it as site hits...The more hits your site gets in a day the more likely someone will advertise on your site...look at teh top of this page I see autogeek.net or K&N you got so mags on the side.. If it allows the other site names than you are giving up some traffic to them.

At least that is maybe the only reason I see it to be a problem.. I know other forums that I have linked a thread to with pics or what ever it has been deleted so that is really the only thing I can think
