Hello. I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GS. I just got my Injen intake in today. When I bought it I told the lady from the site what kind of car i had and she said it would fit. The funny thing is the item description on the site says it will fit in one part and it will not fit in another part. I asked her and she said it would so i got it. Now before i try to put it on tom. I would like some of you guys to let me know if you know or not. Here is the site i got it from.

it makes no sense because there is now way an intake for a GST/GSX will work for an RS/GS and vise versa. Do you have a picture of what it looks like

The website is totally worded wrong but the picture you posted look exactly like the injen intake I had on my car except the the one I had was a cold air intake, so it was about twice as long. It looks like youve got the cool air intake. Just a shorter version. Its not that difficult to install. I think its right.

 

yeah it is a short ram cold air intake. but someone just let me know please

yea that should fit, just install it. it takes like 10 minutes at the most.... its a 1/10 on the difficulty scale

 

yea just from the picture you wouldnt be able to tell... but like he said it's very easy to install... even just put it up by the spot it's gonna get installed and see if it's even close
