u only got 600 bucks? my friend got 1200 when someone backed into his door lol.

 

no he said he didnt get any insurance money... he wound up still payin $800 for the car after it was totalled

yea id be so pissed off... that you still have to pay for a totalled car... they should have at least made the other guy pay that 800

 

wait... why was the loan greater than what the car was worth?? how much did you pay for the car? and how much did they say it was worth?

 

I figured they should have at least given you a couple thousand for the car, but all they gave you is 600 for pain and suffering? I would talk to a lawyer if i were you.

 

they gave me a few thousand but not enough to pay it off cuz i baught it from a dealership and the appraisal dude who looked at it after it was wrecked was stupid, he said my seats were torn and wore and the carpets were crappy and a bunch of crap that wasnt true, i got screwed. o well
