Old guy that owned the house i lived in lived next to me and taught me when i was 8 on an old 1988 Meistro 5spd Diesel....It took me half an hour to learn. that was fun times! Then i hit a brick and it tore off the oil pan and killed the engine.
Was it his vehicle or yours? ... just wondering if he was pissed when you trashed it. lol

lmao, 50 bucks? That's pretty cheap.. I wish I could get a vehicle for 50 bucks Anywho, at least it wasn't something he cared about. You got off lucky on that one.

well i never learned from anybody and i just pulled out of my driveway and drove it around. ask eric, he will tell you. my aunt and uncle didnt even want me to even drive the car because they didnt show me but i said that i knew how to, so i drove away. so it could have been faster than 5 minutes.

i found my problem. I was letting the clutch out slow untill it started to move and then i just suddenly let it out all the was. Needles to say, i fix that problem.lol

i learned working for my dad doing a repo when i was like 15 (no licence) and he said get in the car start it up and you GO..if you dont go he will come outside with a gun..so drive the damn car.....

so i redlined every gear not knwoing better and thats how i learned how to drive stick.....i love my dad...lol
