RE: Legal Question About Registration
Where is your friend and where is this car?? If it is real then it is a good deal but again I would go there with a truck and tow the car away and pay cash in person. I mean I think at the very least running the VINs is a good idea to find if its stolen and then contact a RMV with the VIN tell them the story and see what they can do. It may need to be issuedd a rebuilt car title and inspected but if its not a stolen car and the VIN#s come back normal then look into it

RE: Legal Question About Registration
something doesnt seem...kosher about it. i mean. Why would a car sit in a garage for 10 years? why are the floors so dirty after only 3k? why exactly is a wire eroded? wtf is up with that exhaust manifold cover???
i dont know about it. I would say, either see it in person and inspect it, or forget it.

RE: Legal Question About Registration
Look at the seats, pedals, gear **** they do not look worn The valve cover is spotless... i say its consistant ... there is dirt... it could be because it was someones beater. The manifold cover is wet thats why its like that. I dont think any wire has eroded ... i dont think he knows all that much about it. Maybe the person died... or something like that... and nobody knew about it... who knows. I have asked him all these questions. How does it look photoshoped?
Another reason why i think its genuine... look how everythin is layed out. Even the spark wires look like they have never been touched.

RE: Legal Question About Registration
I agree....looks like the bumper may have been the victim of a smudge tool or something....Just run it by the DMV first...check the VIN...good deal I would say..but like Jeff said....I would have to inspect it first being that I am not too trustworthy after a fiasco with my '97 Trans Am.
