My brother and my wife have been pulled over for not having a front plate.. But they give you 5 days here in wisconsin to put it on and show them.. But on my eclipse I took everything off on the front... So I would have to mount a frame back on there which wont be happening

They usually don't bother you about it though, unless there really bored..

I took mine off... Im just waiting to get pulled over for it and ill throw it back on for a day.. Then take it off again..
Just drive without a front plate I always have but keep the plate in the car with you

Cut a hole in the hood mount a clear cover and blend it into the hood get it sanded smooth and whatnot and get the new stuff painted. THEN mount your front plate behind it. Bling bling car looks smooth and sleek AND your plate is showing

Don't get the japan licence plates!!! Just take the plate off, easiest solution.
