So my car idles realy realy low.almost turning off.once i start driving the car drives fine.it just started doing that.it does turn off sometimes but now when i turn on the car i give it a little gas so it doesnt turn off.what could it be?

 

mines doing the same thing but it doesn't turn off but it goes all the way down to 150rpm

 

When was you last tune up? (plugs, wires, Fuel filter, Air filter etc) also use Seafoam its a type of Fuel Injection/ Carb cleaner. Then you can go from there.

 

Look i really HATE IT when someone creates 3 different threads with three different issues. Just keep them all to the same thread...did you ever stop to think "hey maybe these are realated. I bet you have two issues. One is either the vaccum lines are not hooked up correctly, you missing some vaccum lines, or you have a leak in the vaccuum lines.

 

lol.ive done everything,except fuel filter.so how can you check for a leak?

 

Get a can of 2+2 and spary around your intake manifold and vacuum hoses.

 

where can i find this spray?and spray before the car is on and then turn it on or spray while the car is on?

I am having a similiar issue, but when you have the hood open you can hear a spark, like it is missing. My car is also fine when it is accelorating, but when it idols it boggs. I just bought this car today. I know the previous owner had to switch to regular gas when the gas prics were insaine. He also just changed the timing belt and redid the top end.

I am taking mine to the dealership tomorrow for them to run a diagnosis. I will let you know what the outcome is .. maybe it will be the same.
