tokiko illumina shocks and eibach prokit springs. Dont go any lower or you will be scraping on everything and it will look gay

there is NO such thing as cheapest and most reliable...
if you want to go cheap it will not be reliable
if you want it to be reliable it will not be cheap.
thats the best advice i can give you
