ummm help... i know this isnt an emergency but im just curious what you guys think. i read a post form 07 and sometimes oil stabilzer can be bad if not used properly like to much i guess. i definately dont want to do any damage to my engine and just look forward to the posts to come.

some people dont like it here though, i wouldnt wanna give you false pointers, i guess the only damage it could do is raising the pressure on the oil pump cuz of the thickness... but then again i know not much haha

Here is a good writeup on lucas oil additive. From anyone ive ever heard from online they all say thesame thing...do not use it. It causes more air in the oil

RE: lucas oil stabilizer?
dude that lil electric motor is probably cranking out a sh*t load of RPMS.....im talkin wayyyyy more than any engine in aautomobile could handle...butit is intresting none the less. From what i hear theLucasPure Synthetic Stabilizer (black labeled bottle)works wonders, you can pick some up for about $10 at any autoparts store.. As you can see the guy in the article is using the regular heavy dutystabilizer, which is so thick you can cut it withscissors!I use a half a quart of the synthetic stabilizerwith every oil change, even tho i already run synthetic oil.
