Gumout or Lucas

I have a 2010 LS(Canadian Version) with 27k in it, is it OK to use fuel system treatment additives like Gumout or Lucas? If so, which one is better? Thanks.

Lucas Fuel System Cleaner (tall white and blue bottle) or Seafoam. Yes it is safe to use the owners manual even states it !
