I have been lookin at 2gs around my area mainly gsx/gst but I can find any in my price range which is about 7500. I have found a few cheaper that are automatics so i was wonderign if the swap was hard to do or should I wait around for a manual one to come up? I like the awd gsx but they are so expensive. I am either going with a lower priced gst or even a gs unless I can fidn soemthing better. I did find a 2001 v6 5speed for 8000 has there been many people doing serious modification to the v6 cars?

 

If I were you I'd hold off for a little bit and get what you want, dont settle for something you kinda like. You'll kick yourself for it.

Auto to 5 speed swaps are a lot of work and sometimes not worth it. Unless your doing the work yourself and can get the parts cheap, dont do it.

 

The swap is not worth it. Just find something you like and live with it!!

 

as far as the 3g v6 eclipse goes, yes there have been alot of people moding them, and their is a large aftermarket for them. Especially for turbo charging them there is a good market in.
