How's everybody doing?, I recently picked up a manual '97 Mitsubishi Eclipse DSM GEN 2 GS SPYDER and am learning or at least perfecting my skill when it comes to everyday driving, as we all know nobodies perfect. Today I was on the road and attempted to make a u turn at a relatively small intersection. While makin the turn as I was releasing the clutch I realized there wasnt much of a bitepoint and while pressing on the gas the car shuddered and cranked before it picked up and began moving forward. Then there was a little bit of a smell that lingered for a few minutes afterwards. I've driven manuals before in the past and have come across this sour smell before but havent taken the time to figure out what it meant exactly, Can anyone help?
