My GST is smog legal again!

After 3 months and $500 my 99 GST finally passed smog. Now them cops cant harass me about having illegal emissions parts. Im starting to lean towards selling it and getting an Evo though. To make the day even better I passed my Smog Pre-entry Test...Smog Tech here I come. Thanks for all the info on the exhaust/converter stuff.

must suck having emissions. . . we don't have emissions at ALL in SC so we can run as rich and as freely as we want lol i have a friend w/ a 400whp srt-4 blowing flames infront of a cop one night on purpose just because he could lol

I'm glad we dont have anything. No inspection, no smog check, nothing. If you have a title to a car you just go get plates and drive it.I dont think i own anything with a catalaytic converter anymore.

Wow you guys are lucky with no emissions inspections. Here in California, it just gives the police another reason to pull us over if he sees a non-factory tailpipe or lower ride-height than normal. Being just a smog tester makes more money than a mechanic being it takes time and effort to get a smog license. And the smog machine does 80% of the work hehe.
