NEED HELP
Just got an intake for my gsx and there are 3 grommets 1 small two big.......i have the small one connected and the 1 big one connected but dont know where the other one goes.....it was disconnected when i took off my stock......need input
1 goes to the valve cover (small hose)
1 goes to the bov (large hose)
1 goes to the breather tube from the EGR (medium hose), which is found under the battery in 2Gs (not sure on 1Gs)
Those are common throughout the years. Now, are you saying that the previous owner capped all 3? There may be extra nipples on the intake tube as there are 1 or 2 extras on mine, if you have an aftermarket intake tube.

I have the BOV attatched a small hose which goes almost underneath the original air box then and a medium size hose which goes to the valve cover then there is an extra nipple and i have no idea where it goes

That would be the 3 that I posted then.
The bov should be like it shows above, the valve cover tube should be the same, and the EGR is the one that goes underneath the intake piping and is the only one that isn't shown. Your intake pipe may have extra nipples too. Click the link under the pics and it may help you a bit more too.
Your bov recirc line shouldn't be going to the bottom of the intake...do you have a pic. Your tubing seems all wrong.
