i have a 98 rs and every time stop and sit for like 10 seconds plus my car starts like pulsing then when i take off it seems like something blockin my exhaust for a second then every thing seems normal after that any one no wuts up

 

Vacume leak or IAC

 

^Its an RS. Are you using your A/C? If so thats the problem.

 

Im with seb on this one. Im thinking vacuum leak.
