Need help with convertible - 96 Spyder
Im new to MitsubishiForum ..i tried looking through the topics posted already but havent found anything.. here goes:
I have a 96 Spyder GS and the convertible is dead. The motor to it is fine, but the first suppost bar isnt being held by anything, due to the little brackets bending and breaking off on both sides, and the main rail the sits next to the pass. rear window (when top is down) just dangles when I try to put the top back.. Is there anywhere I can buy new support bars ..or any ideas what I need to buy? if not..Is there any website at all that sells the whole convertible top sysem including the whole frame, i havent had any luck..The only thing the webites sell are the vinyl tops themselves and the rear window..but i think i pretty much need everything.. I already checked the dealer and got their price but of course their ridiculous on their pricing..so if anyone can please help, id really appreciate it ASAP..
