I have a 99 GS and its an automatic. I know automatics are looked down upon and arent ideal at all for putting any mods on it but i need some help. My mom bought me the car as a bday presesnt and shes a single parent and we arent exactly loaded with money. I cant bare to tell her id like to sell the car to get somethin faster cuz she was so happy she was able to get the car for me. Im not givin a sob story but id like some advice on what i could do to make my car faster. Ive saved up about 2,500 or so so ive got a little money to play with but im not sure what all my possibilites are besides headers, exhaust, and a CAI. Any opinions or suggestions is much appreciated. thanks

 

well actually now adays, automatics are typically faster then manuals, unless your a really good driver, but theres still some stuff that you can do to it, such as intake, exhaust, look at the top of the eclipse page for somemore ideas
