The low down is this. I have a 1997 Gs-t with stock 2.0 motor in it . My turbo is stock on it and it is shot. I want to move up and go to a bigger one that gives me more power and move to a front mount intercooler. Im looking to see if anyone knows my best application for my car for running about 8-12 pds of boost and to get the most out of my car. Im looking to spend no more than 2 grand on a kit for my car. Does anyone know of a solid turbo kit complete for around this price and give me the best performance that I can get ? Please help cause I am coming home from afghanistan in august and I need my car to driveeee ! Thanks

 

go with a bolt on 16g turbo. There are plenty of vendors online that sell the 16g turbo for around $600. Then you will just need exhaust, the front mount and piping (not technically necessary) and you could easily run that lower boost on that. if you end up wanting more youll need to add fuel
