yes go to driveshaftshop.com and they got your axels that will hold up to 600 hp so youll be set and thats where im getting my front halfshafts

well if you go with the forced performance turbo. you should go with this.
its a Shearer exhaust manifold.

when i was at Nopi Nationals couple weeks ago i saw a 512hp SRT-4 that had an oversized turbo for the car but used a 75shot to spool it.... you may not wanna spend that kind of money but just an idea.

so what power can i run without rebuilding the whole car? like should i stick with a 16g at 20psi? or the FP3065 or something at 20psi?

Yes you can... 22max i think

Yet again i have seen one on stock internals reach 35psi.... although it blew up LOL....

I would set the safe max at 20-25

if your planning on 500hp then you do not want to do a piggy back system. With that kinda modification you really should be getting a standalone. Because i think youll have a hard time tuning it with just dsmlink with all the stuff youd need to reach that point.

Well keep in mind you are going to have slow spool with the FP3065 with the stock 2.0L block. If you dont mind buying 2 turbos then i say get a EVO III 16g... but if you dont wanna buy 2 turbos... then get the FP3065 if you want and run that...

I would say dont go over 400 on stock internals.

well im still building that 2.4l. so thats the engine the turbo would go on.
