Hey I just put a new intake on my eclipse. It one I got off Ebay. Anyhow, installation went well. We reset the ECU by disconnecting the negative bettery terminal for 5 mins. We then took the car for a drive. But everytime we come to a stop the car idle goes all the way down and sometimes stalls!! Whats the dael with this? Anyone know?

ok, so this is what i did. I let the car just run on idle for about 30mins and now its not stalling or anything. Everything seems to be working properly. When I ran the car the first time I didn't do this. That may have been the problem. What do you'll think? And yes it is a GST.

When you reset the ecu it needs to re learn the way the car runs, mine does it every time I reset the ecu. the r's will chill up at 26, then drop to the norm, then gradually get lower untill pooft! After that I restart the car and it works great.
