Default No power to coil

I recently bought a 1996 eclipse that had a swapped motor. The motor came out of another 96 eclipse that ran. Ever since it was swapped we havent been able to get it to fire. We have tried changing the crankshaft sensor, the coil, and put in a ecu from another eclipse. Does the ECU have to match the car? Any other ideas to what the problem may be? Power is going to all the sensors. Engine light flashes 5 times while cranking.
