the spyder wont be a 13sec car without some big $$$ bet let me tell you I was like you, I was in love with the convertibles I wanted a 3G spyder since 2001. I bought one in oct 04 and had the top down every single day as long as it wasnt raining but the novalty wore off in a few months I ended up trading it in after 6 months because I found the EVO and I wasnt having fun with the spyer, all it was good for was getting looks from girls but I get that in the EVO as well, even more now I think. its crazy, makes me laugh

 

Yeah but I have always wanted a convertable. I think it'll be my next purchase vehiclewise. I think I have just about everything else I could want so far except an old bug and a jeep lol

 

ya but that is how I thought to. I wanted a spyder back when they first came out on the 2Gs and then i swtched to wanting a 3G I have always loved the covertible but after owning one the novilty defenalty will wear off

 

Well cosidering dsm means Dimond Star Motors and alliance between mitsu/chrysler in all reality it is a dsm also the model info tag says in big assed letters DSM along with all the pannels, doors, hatch and so on.

 

im sorry. if it does not have a 4g63 it is not a dsm

 

in reality but I personally only count turbo models DSMs and I think if you really want to get down to it the only true DSMs were 1Gs correct?

if anything a na 2g would be more of a dsm for the fact it has a chrysler motor on a mitsu made body compaired to a mitsu motor on a mitsu body. but lets stop this arguement It is turning stale.
