They dont do chips for turbo cars. Look on all of them.. they all say for the non turbo engine. Either way they are all bull****
he is talking about a ecu upgrade, which howellautomotive does make but for 97 models only, no it wont fit your car, no they wont make one for you car.

i just bought a Venom 400 for my 99 GS it's basically a piggy back system for our cars it cost me 300 but it's advertised as a 25-30% hp gain, i'm getting my car dyno'd this weekend so i'll let you know about the numbers but i can definatly feel a difference!!!!!!!

Yeah, let us know. Or at least me. I heard about that Venom 400 and have wondered about that one too. Can you tell a big difference?

i have a friend with a V6 mazda6, it comes 220hp from the factory, with my tiny little 150-155hp car he toasts me every time well after i got the Venom 400 he barely pulls on me, i mean come on he is 220hp so he's obviously gonna pull on me but it definatly helped!!!! now i duno if it would do this to a better running eclipse but i have a had a fuel pump problem for a while so when i hit full throttle i'm actually hitting fuel cut, i'm chaning out my fuel pump today so i duno if it would do the same thing for a different eclipse

i think you just slice the wires into the ecu. But with you already having the safc you dont need this.
