where can i find the concector to the tps? i want to check mine because it randomly does this from time to time. im still new to dsm's im just trying to get her running like a champ. 96 420a.

 

i know both motors have a cam sensor,
but i dont remember my talon having a crank trigger anywhere.
thats why i figure hes got the 420a

well how do u know exactly what engine it is? its the same block and stuff as the stock one and it says 2.0 DOHC... haha.. Do u think its the timming? Cause the spark plugs have gas on them so its getting fuel there.. Or u think my throttle body needs to be cleaned? It is ported out.. if that helps..

Well, its a 420a... unless its a Spyder, then it COULD be a 4g64.

 

do as they say the firing order (that is the spark plug cables connected properly), i had that issue with a vw, same symptons same times before dying out, just to find out we plugged them incorrectly.... :P

 

yea thanks... um.. well the firing order is 1,3,4,2 i think and well my plugs go are in like a box shape with 2 on top and 2 on bottem so im guessing there right if its ( top left is 1, top right is 2, bottom left is 3, and bottom right is 4
