See... mines a 99.
Theres a few differences.


Edit:
I pulled my drivers panel off the door.
IS wired for power mirrors.

Still unsure for the cruise control.

While the wiring may be there for your cruise control... the mechanical parts will not be. As much help as that is...

There's only one thing Josh. That control panel pic that you have up. If I remember correctly, it only had two visible plugs. That panel turns on the cruise control, fog lights, and controls the power side mirrors.
I can take a pic later on tonight (your time) so that you can see what goes where on the backside of that control panel.
