i need to know every possible way to power up a 98 2.0 gs

 

by the looks of it u have a 420a use the search button. If it is a 420a dump 5grand into it or get a GS-Tor GSX

 

well i am trying to avoid turbo. just mostly heads, exhaust, intakes
im new to 4 cyliners, im used to 5.0's and LT1/LS1, so i dont know anything about these
explain in retard turms

 

luckly for you, 420a's dont take to turbos that well

 

your not going to be able to get any power out of that engine without forced induction. If you want power than your best bet would be to sell it and buy a gst or gsx.

or headers?
or exhaust systems?

Hardly. They are all right actually. If you want power then turbo is the only way to go

hey dont dump on 4 cyl. just cuz you got a GS. A TC 4 cyl. can easily beat a V8 with mods. Cuz i was at the track a month ago and i saw about 3-4 newer mustangs a couple were cobra's and they were all running low 13's. When with not too much money a GSX can run a 12 sec 1/4 pretty easy. Just fyi
