Where is the PCV Valve on a 99 Mitsubishi eclipse rs... and how do u take it out or replace it

Follow any lines on the valve cover. There should be one coming off the valve cover going to the intake the PCV valve will be on the valve cover side of that line. That's the usual spot for a PCV valve.
