why did they make the 98(2nd gen) eclipse spyder have an 2.4l engine when the rest of them are 2.0l?

because they wanted an odd ball motor and **** people (like me) cause no faukin auto parts stores has OEM parts :-p like a full exhaust...lol

ok but truth be told, they wanted a bigger motor for a bigger heavier car so it would have the same git up and go as the lighter exlipses.....thats about it...

well i was thinkin of turbocharging it... but would it hold better than a 2.0?

should be ok fine if all is done right..... but it might be hard to find parts to use or even kits
