I hate to sound stupid but I just ordered a rear bumper and I thought the holes would be there and they're not. So do I drill holes or how do I make the holes?

 

before you start to drill hole to attach it you need to get a rivet gun w/ rivits ($27 at home depot). then you need to match the size rivets with the drill bit. Then I would make a few test holes and pop the rivets in. If it holds then go crazy with the drilling of holes.
