Default Recommended Octane to run in a GST?

What would that be on a 97 GS-T? Can you run the mid-grade(89 i think) or does it have to be the premium(91?)? Someone is trying to tell me you don't have to run premium...

only ran 93 octane, 94 if it was available

NOTHING lower than 91. 91 is pushing it...

Exactly. Just run premium. You dont want to risk running anything less than that. I believe the owners manual specifies 91 or higher

I run 93 in my hardtop, and 89-91 in my spyder... I havnt noticed a big difference in the spyder, but im only running stock boost, and not many mods..
