Removing 420a engine

Removing 420a engine
I was just wondering if anyone has removed a 420a engine/transaxle and if so how much of a pain was it. I ask because come tax time I am thinking about taking the engine out so that I can do general stuff to the engine that will be much easier to do with the engine out.
