Default rpm increase with clutch

Ok this happens with any gear but for example, im going up hill in 3rd gear with my foot on the gas, i take my foot off the gas completely and hit the clutch, my rpms go up 500-1000 more, stay there for a sec and then drop. But if i do the same thing but take my foot off this gas without using the clutch nothing odd happens. I did just put a Greddy RS bov on it before this happend. It is recirculating

See if it does this out of gear as well. Run the car at 3K or whatever for a few secs then let off the gas and see if it does it as well. And are you sure you're letting off the gas completely before hitting the clutch?

wow thats kinda funny, he said he did both of those things

Maybe your throttle is sticking a bit. Take some wd40 spray it on the coil on the throttle body and see if it helps.
