RPMs too high??

Default RPMs too high??
Ok, so I've recently noticed that my GST is outputing more boost psi and higher RPM's than it used to for any given mph. I have an EVC installed, and its set to max, but now the car is running as if the EVC is not even on at all. What could be wrong?

Do you have a boost gauge?

What do you mean by EVC?

yes i have a boost gauge and EVC is Electronic Valve controller

Need more info. What psi is the EVC set to and what is it running. My guess is a vaccuum leak or something. Check the lines and IC piping
