ok well i have a 98 spider that i just got. i know the 420as suck but im getting ready to leave 4 iraq so im going to have money to fix the car up. so im trying to figure out what to do. what i want to know is should i keep the 420a and have it rebuilt(has 160000 miles) then turbo it or should i do a swap with the 4g63t? and if i did the swap is it possible and what all would i have to do to the car to make it work. i got the car for dirt cheap. has a new paint job, 20 inch rims, new inter, new clutch, new tires. clean title. only paid 2 grand so im not getting rid of the car. thanks for all your help.

yea, go check the sticker of under ur hood to see what motor you have, either that or post a pic on here that shows ur engine bay, then we can let you know what ya got

yea man, you can swap a 4g63 head on there and turbo it fairly easily

Dont ever buy turbo kits from ebay.
